Greece

Shipping in Greece is held by ELTA Courier. In every order, you receive a tracking number in order to track your order.

Packages up to 2 kg: €5.00

Packages from 2 to 5 kg: €7.00

Packages from 5 to 8 kg: €10.00

Packages from 8 to 10 kg: €13.00

Packages from 10 to 12 kg: €15.00

The shipping costs for countries outside of Greece are the following:

Shipping time depends on the destination.  Orders processed in Greece will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. In case a product is out of stock, you will be informed on the time needed to be shipped. In case of bad weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances that we are not responsible of, shipping can be delayed.

Please note that each order has a maximum weight capacity of 12kg. If you wish to proceed with an order of more than 12kg, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY

In case it is proven that the product which was sent is defective, One Shot will replace it with a new one. One Shot is responsible for the shipping cost.
